We are actively hiring a Litigation Adjuster.

Required:
- College degree or equivalent
- 5+ years' insurance experience handling auto and casualty claims - preferred experience handling non-standard auto insurance claims
- Adjuster's license in all applicable states

Details:
- Demonstrate proficiency in analyzing coverage, determining liability, and evaluating damages
- Document all pertinent file activity and assure claims coding is correct
- Ability to retain defense counsel and work with attorneys to develop a strategy and action

Remote in FL or TN
Compensation dependent on experience
