LITIGATION ATTORNEY
Our client, a well established boutique law firm is seeking a mid-level to senior litigation attorney to join its growing Litigation Group in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities include:

  • Taking cases from inception through resolution in collaboration with senior attorneys.

  • Managing client relationships and acting as primary point of contact with opposing counsel.

  • Drafting motions, briefs, and other complex legal documents.

  • Guiding strategy in high-stakes litigation matters.

  • Coordinating with partners, paralegals, and assistants on active cases.

  • Managing multiple matters simultaneously and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

  • Assessing legal risks and advising clients on litigation strategy.

  • Conducting research on complicated legal issues.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of commercial litigation experience; exposure to real estate litigation and corporate/commercial disputes is a plus.

  • Trial experience strongly preferred.

  • Excellent legal research and writing skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.

  • Comfort managing client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor.

  • Ability to supervise matters through the full life cycle — from pre-litigation counseling through trial.

  • Capable of leading case teams and overseeing paralegals and support staff.

  • Positive, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
