Job Description

50-seat casual, full-service, all from scratch, farm to table, neighborhood restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, dinner opening 2nd location.

Responsibilities:

Cooks in the preparation and service of menu items including pantry items, salads, soups, sauces and with pre-preparation of ingredients for entrees.

Store and properly handle raw or prepared foods and non-food supplies.

Handle food in a manner that is consistent with local health department guidelines.

Maintain assigned work station in a safe and sanitary condition.
Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures.
Follow safety regulations.

Follow proper food handling techniques and coordinates the use of time, material and equipment to avoid waste and unnecessary expense.

AM or PM shift available.

Restaurant Hours: Sunday - Thursday 7:00 am - 9:00 pm / Friday - Saturday 7:00 am - 10:00 pm.

Closed all holidays.

$14.00 - $16.00 / hour + shared gratuities.
