Lifecycle Marketing Manager

  • Own & scale lifecycle, retention, and customer engagement marketing, all with a luxury lens.
  • Optimize website & conversion with a/b testing, personalization.
  • Track all customer-related analytics, leveraging findings to improve results.
  • 3-5 years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing for a luxury DTC.
  • Proficiency in email & SMS platforms (Klayviyo, Attentive, Postscript) and CRM best practices.
