Estimated Salary: $62,400-$65,000

As the Licensed Therapist, you will be responsible for providing professional Substance Abuse and Mental Health therapy to patients. This position has a flexible schedule with hours Monday-Friday. Our client is looking for a behavioral health professional that will assure the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of native traditions are valued, respected, and honored within the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducts biopsychosocial assessments with diagnosis.
  • Provides appropriate and competent individual, family, and group therapy for patients.
  • Consults with direct supervisor and other providers regarding assessment, treatment and case management services.
  • Completes appropriate referrals and applications for patients in need of mental health and substance abuse services.
  • Charts clinical data for diagnosis, treatment, referral, accountability in a timely manner.
  • May serve a role for specific grants that include grant duties.
  • Conducts surveys and assessments necessary for proposed and/or maintaining grant funding.
  • Participates in peer review for accountability and quality improvement.
  • Provides educational presentations on behavioral health topics, as schedule permits.
  • Meets the average patient access number of 5 patients per day.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Masters Degree in Behavioral Health (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related behavioral
health field) is required.
Must have at least 1 year of directly-related field experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
License to practice in the State of Oklahoma (LPC, LADC, LMFT, LCSW, or LBHP).

SAFETY SENSITIVE:
Due to the safety sensitive nature of this position, medical marijuana license holders who test
positive for marijuana will not be qualified for this position.
