About the Role

- Provide psychotherapy services to older adults in long-term care settings
- Conduct clinical assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Support mental well-being and overall quality of life for aging populations

Qualifications

- Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD)
- Active and unrestricted psychologist license in the practicing state
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
- Genuine passion for working with older adult populations
