What You’ll Do
- Conduct psychological assessments and provide evidence-based therapy to older adults- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Support patients managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions
- Serve as a trusted mental health resource within long-term care communities
What You’ll Bring
- Active and unrestricted LPC, LMFT, or LMHC license in the practicing state- Ability to practice and bill independently
- Strong clinical judgment and collaborative approach to care
- Commitment to serving aging populations with empathy and professionalism
