What You’ll Be Doing

- Provide psychotherapy services to older adults in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
- Conduct clinical assessments and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support holistic, patient-centered treatment
- Serve as a trusted advocate for emotional health and improved daily functioning

What You’ll Need

- Active and unrestricted LPC, LMHC, or LMFT license in the practicing state
- Ability to practice and bill independently without supervision
- Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and patience working with aging populations
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to care
