Compensation

Your Role

- Provide psychotherapy and behavioral health services in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support residents’ emotional and psychological well-being
- Deliver ongoing therapy and follow-up care

Qualifications

- Active and unrestricted LPC, LMHC, or LMFT license in the practicing state
- All supervisory requirements completed
- Eligible to practice and bill independently
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
- Genuine passion for serving older adult populations
- Please note: LCSWs are not eligible for this role
