Compensation
- Fee-for-service compensation model- Estimated annual earnings range of $76,080–$90,024
- Uncapped productivity income potential
Your Role
- Provide psychotherapy and behavioral health services in skilled nursing and long-term care settings- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support residents’ emotional and psychological well-being
- Deliver ongoing therapy and follow-up care
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPC, LMHC, or LMFT license in the practicing state- All supervisory requirements completed
- Eligible to practice and bill independently
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
- Genuine passion for serving older adult populations
- Please note: LCSWs are not eligible for this role
