About the Role

- Provide psychotherapy services to older adults in long-term care settings
- Conduct clinical assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Support patients’ emotional well-being and overall quality of life

Qualifications

- Active and unrestricted LPC, LMHC, or LMFT license in the practicing state
- Ability to practice and bill independently without supervision
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
- Genuine passion for serving older adult populations
