About the Company:
Our Client is a trusted mechanical services company that keeps plumbing, heating, and cooling systems running smoothly for multi-residential, commercial, and industrial properties. They provide planned maintenance, new installations, retrofits, emergency repairs, in-suite HVAC work, stack flushing and camera inspections, ensuring reliable and efficient operation of essential building systems. They are seeking a Licensed Plumber to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and repair plumbing systems in multi-residential, commercial, and industrial properties
• Diagnose and resolve issues with domestic water, drainage, sanitary, and venting systems
• Complete in-suite plumbing work, maintenance, and emergency repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance, including inspections and stack flushing
• Ensure all work complies with Ontario Plumbing Code and safety standards
• Communicate professionally with clients, tenants, and team member
• Other duties assigned

Requirements:

• 306A Plumbing Certificate
• Minimum of 2 years experience in multi-residential, commercial, or industrial properties
• Backflow Certificate (Preferred)
• Gas Technician G2 Preferred - or willing to obtain
• Minimum of 2 years experience in multi-residential, commercial, or industrial properties
• Customer service experience - including the ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• Valid drivers licence and clean drivers abstract
