Licensed Environmental Engineer
Individual can work anywhere within Northern/Central Florida

In this exciting new position, the individual will serve as the authorized engineer for an employee-owned, family-friendly Gainesville firm with a career-making opportunity to quickly grow into a vice president position.

This engineer will serve as a project manager in the firm’s environmental services group with a crucial role in managing petroleum restoration program (PRP) projects around the state. Candidates need not have experience working on PRP projects but should have a desire to work in this program and have a similar background to petroleum remediation or restoration projects. This opportunity offers a motivated engineer with a passion for environmental health the ability to make a big impact on soil and water quality while placing their career on the fast track to becoming one of the state’s industry leaders.

Individual can work remotely anywhere within Northern/Central Florida.

Requirements:
  • BS in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related engineering discipline
  • 8+ years of experience
  • Licensed Professional Engineer
  • Familiarity and experience working on remediation projects or closely related projects
  • 5+ years experience working on the PRP program OR experience working on projects dealing with petroleum remediation or restoration.
  • Project management experience
