Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional

APN Staffing is now hiring for a Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional in Cranston. This position will be working at Forensic Hospital, contract position for one year, hours are (8:30 am to 4:30 pm) Monday-Friday. The hourly rate of pay for this project is $30.41 per hour.
General Job Responsibilities:
Work with patients in an inpatient, acute care, psychiatric, forensic hospital
May treat patients with co-occurring disorders
Provide addiction assessments and treatment in the Addiction Recovery program
Program includes groups and individual counseling
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related field
Licensed chemical dependency professional (substance abuse counselor) with 1-3 years of experience providing treatment for individuals who suffer from addictions to various chemicals, such as alcohol, illicit and prescription drugs, and tobacco
Experience in substance use assessments, education, development of treatment plans, and facilitation of both individual and group therapy sessions
Must be licensed to practice in the State of Rhode Island
