Join the team as a Legal Assistant / Legal Secretary in Downtown Cleveland!

Responsibilities:
· Provide general office support, including answering phones, greeting clients, managing supplies, and handling mail.
· Organize and maintain electronic files, legal correspondence, and scanned documents.
· Draft, format, and finalize court documents and correspondence.
· E-file documents, manage case file openings and closings.
· Maintain and manage attorney calendars, docket deadlines, and contact lists.
· Support the Managing Partner and team with emails, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
· Prepare exhibits, hearing materials, and trial binders.
· Research public records and pull required information.
· Support attorneys in preparing for client meetings and presentations.
Minimum Qualifications:
· 3–5 years of litigation experience in a law firm (required).
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
· Familiarity with case management systems and electronic court filing.
· Real estate transaction experience is a plus.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software platforms.
· Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
