Legal Assistants/Office Administrators

Are you looking to get your foot in the door with the State of Tennessee? If so, this is the project for you. This a long-term project for two plus years with the strong possibility of going permanent with the State. Training is on-site located in the Nashville area, after training is complete the position goes to REMOTE/Hybrid (reporting to the office 1-3 days per month) as requested by the supervisor.
Hours are (8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday-Friday) Rate of pay for this project is $18.00-$19.50 DOQ an hour and comes with Medical Benefits after being on assignment for 90 days - We offer Medical, Dental and Vision

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Help determine individual and family eligibility for program
Communicate critical information to clients
Contribute to case preparation through administration and research
Conduct client interviews, collect facts and information, and compile case data to provide recommendations to an attorney
Legal research, analysis of legal papers, and drafting legal documents
Assist in coordinating and communicating schedules
Timely management of casework, including proper documentation and case resolution
Ability to research / review case information and document findings accurately
Professional outreach to internal / external customers (remaining professional at all times)
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to send clear, concise emails, to include responding timely
Agility to professionally pivot work demands / tasks to support business unit
Utilize good time management, note-taking, email organization and distribution skills
Efficiently and effectively process and index documents
Maintain confidentiality and security of documents
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors or Associates College Degree are Required for this project
Paralegal studies / Legal/Medical office experience a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including building / updating / maintaining spreadsheets / documents, and utilizing Outlook for all communications
Ability to work efficiently / effectively in multiple databases to extract information
Professional office administrative experience is highly desired
Organization and STRONG attention to detail
