Responsibilities:
- Support the legal department
- Prepare and revise legal documents
- Maintain and file documents
- Organize meetings, manage calendars and schedule travel arrangements
- Prepare expense reports
- Maintain corporate minute books
Requirements:
- Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project
- Type at least 80 wpm
- Previous experience in an in-house legal department
