We are seeking a motivated and service-driven Leasing Specialist to join the team at a premier luxury residential community in Baltimore. This resort-style property offers hundreds of upscale apartment homes, extensive amenity spaces, and ground-floor retail providing an exceptional living experience in the heart of the city.
This role is responsible for engaging with prospective residents, conducting property tours, converting leads into leases, and ensuring a seamless move-in experience. As a front-line representative of the community, the Leasing Specialist plays a key role in delivering hospitality-level service and setting the tone for the resident experience.
Compensation: $55,000 – $65,000 base (commensurate with experience, with flexibility for top performers) + On-Target Earnings of $80,000+

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of residential leasing experience in luxury, high-rise, or mid-rise communities preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software preferred.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and leasing compliance.
- CALP (Certified Apartment Leasing Professional) designation is a plus, or willingness to obtain.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Familiarity with social media and leasing/marketing trends encouraged.
- Greet and engage prospective residents across multiple channels and conduct property tours.
- Process applications, prepare lease agreements, and coordinate smooth move-ins.
- Support marketing, outreach, and community events to drive leasing activity.
- Maintain prospect pipeline with consistent follow-up and communication.
- Complete market surveys and assist with reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
- Partner with management and resident services to deliver a high-quality resident experience.
