Your Daily Responsibilities

You'll oversee the complete leasing lifecycle using established company processes and technology platforms. This encompasses conducting both virtual and in-person property tours, managing move-in procedures including lease reviews and document execution, and ensuring apartment readiness. You'll maintain optimal tour presentation standards, serve as a liaison between residents and maintenance/management teams for service requests, and create compelling resident communication materials.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree and industry certifications preferred)
• Valid driver's license with availability for weekend work
• Proven experience in leasing, sales, retail, or hospitality environments
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous multifamily housing leasing experience
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and compliance
• Proficiency with Yardi property management software, Microsoft Word, and Excel
