Position Overview:
As a Leasing Consultant, you are the face of our community. You will engage prospective residents, showcase our luxury apartments, and provide a seamless leasing experience. Your role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment, building lasting relationships, and ensuring occupancy goals are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and guide prospective residents, providing tours of apartments and common areas.
• Understand the needs of potential residents and match them with the perfect home.
• Promote the community’s luxury features, amenities, and lifestyle benefits.
• Manage lease applications, renewals, and move-in processes efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain strong knowledge of local market trends to effectively position the community.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with residents to support retention and community engagement.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Collaborate with the leasing and management team to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in leasing, preferably in luxury or high-end residential properties.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a luxury residential environment.
• Ability to work Wednesday - Sunday schedule.
