What You’ll Do

  • Conduct tours with prospective residents and showcase available apartment homes
  • Assist in preparing and executing lease agreements in accordance with company policies
  • Process rental applications, including credit checks and background screenings
  • Collect application fees, deposits, and rental payments as needed
  • Follow up with prospective residents to support leasing and occupancy goals
  • Build strong relationships with current and future residents
  • Provide responsive and professional customer service to residents and prospects
  • Communicate updates related to leases, policies, and community information
  • Assist with work orders and coordinate resident maintenance requests
  • Monitor community amenities and ensure they are well maintained and properly used
  • Support overall property operations and assist with additional duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 2 years leasing experience in a multifamily or apartment community
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of the apartment industry preferred
