We are seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to join a high-performing onsite team. This role is responsible for driving leasing activity, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to overall community success.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and tour prospective residents
  • Manage leasing pipeline and follow-ups
  • Process applications and assist with move-ins
  • Support marketing and outreach efforts
  • Deliver a high level of customer service

Qualifications:

  • 1–2+ years of leasing or sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work weekends as needed
