The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced multifamily environment. You will work closely with the onsite management team to help achieve occupancy goals, generate traffic, convert prospects, and build strong relationships with current and future residents.

What You'll Do

Leasing & Sales — Primary Focus

  • Generate traffic through lead follow-up, outreach, referrals, and marketing initiatives
  • Respond promptly and professionally to prospect inquiries
  • Conduct engaging property tours and showcase available apartment homes, amenities, and community features
  • Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the leasing process
  • Convert leads and tours into applications and signed leases
  • Process applications, leases, move-ins, and related leasing paperwork
  • Maintain accurate availability and apartment inventory
  • Assist with pricing, specials, promotions, and marketing initiatives
  • Track leasing activity, traffic, applications, conversions, and occupancy
  • Work toward and achieve monthly leasing and occupancy goals
  • Support renewal and resident retention efforts

Resident Relations

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both prospects and residents
  • Build positive relationships with current and prospective residents
  • Respond to questions and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Assist with resident retention and renewal initiatives
  • Create a welcoming and positive experience from the initial inquiry through move-in and beyond
  • Represent the community professionally at all times

Team & Property Support

  • Work closely with the Property Manager and onsite team to support daily community operations
  • Assist with resident files, reports, and administrative responsibilities
  • Support rent collection and delinquency follow-up as needed
  • Assist with maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations
  • Support community marketing, resident events, and outreach initiatives
  • Assist the management team with special projects and community improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Multifamily leasing experience preferred
  • Experience as a Leasing Consultant, Senior Leasing Consultant, or Leasing Manager is a plus
  • Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to generate traffic, conduct effective tours, follow up with prospects, and close leases
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve leasing and occupancy results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
  • Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative onsite team
  • Experience with property management software is preferred
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is a plus
