Leasing Assistant – Commercial Real Estate

GRC Executive, a leading search firm in Puerto Rico, is seeking a Leasing Assistant for a confidential client in the commercial real estate industry. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking to grow their leasing and property management career.

Key Responsibilities

🏢 Lease Administration & Documentation

  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and tracking lease agreements, amendments, and related documents.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

🤝 Tenant & Prospect Coordination

  • Serve as a key point of contact for prospective and existing tenants.
  • Schedule property tours, respond to inquiries, and maintain strong tenant relationships.

📢 Marketing & Listings Management

  • Support leasing efforts by updating property listings and coordinating marketing materials.
  • Assist with outreach efforts to attract new tenants and maintain high occupancy rates.

📊 Financial & Reporting Support

  • Assist with rent rolls, lease abstracts, market comparisons, and other financial reports.
  • Provide data and insights to support leasing decisions and portfolio performance.

📂 General Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the leasing and property management team.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure smooth leasing operations.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Experience in leasing, property management, or real estate administration (preferred).
✔️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
✔️ Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with property
