Key Responsibilities
🏢 Lease Administration & Documentation
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and tracking lease agreements, amendments, and related documents.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
🤝 Tenant & Prospect Coordination
- Serve as a key point of contact for prospective and existing tenants.
- Schedule property tours, respond to inquiries, and maintain strong tenant relationships.
📢 Marketing & Listings Management
- Support leasing efforts by updating property listings and coordinating marketing materials.
- Assist with outreach efforts to attract new tenants and maintain high occupancy rates.
📊 Financial & Reporting Support
- Assist with rent rolls, lease abstracts, market comparisons, and other financial reports.
- Provide data and insights to support leasing decisions and portfolio performance.
📂 General Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the leasing and property management team.
- Maintain organized records and ensure smooth leasing operations.
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Experience in leasing, property management, or real estate administration (preferred).
✔️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
✔️ Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with property
