Leasing & Marketing Manager

A growing multifamily operator with conventional apartment communities across Philadelphia and Northern New Jersey is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Manager to own the entire leasing funnel — from digital marketing and lead generation to lead follow-up, conversions, leasing team performance, and lease execution.

This is a high-ownership, hands-on leadership role with leasing agents reporting directly to you. You'll be responsible for keeping leads moving, holding the team accountable for follow-through and conversion, and ensuring marketing efforts translate into leases.

What You'll Do

• Own the multifamily leasing and lead generation process from inquiry through lease signing
• Lead, coach, and hold leasing consultants and leasing agents accountable for follow-up, conversions, and performance
• Manage digital marketing across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Zillow, Apartments.com, and the company website
• Monitor lead flow, response times, traffic, appointments, applications, and conversion rates
• Optimize ILS listings, website content, social media, and digital campaigns to drive qualified traffic
• Work directly with ownership on leasing strategy, performance, and portfolio growth
• Recruit, hire, train, and build out the leasing team as the portfolio expands

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an owner-minded leasing and marketing professional who takes initiative and follows things through. This is not a task-taking role — you need to be comfortable quarterbacking the operation, making decisions, and staying on top of leads even outside traditional business hours.

Required:

• Strong digital marketing experience across social media, ILS platforms, and website management
• Ability to manage the full leasing funnel and lead conversion process
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
• Comfortable leading and holding a leasing team accountable
• Availability for occasional evening lead follow-up, calls, and texts

Preferred:

• Multifamily or residential real estate experience
• Leasing management or team leadership experience
• Hands-on leasing experience
• Philadelphia market knowledge
• Canva or basic graphic design skills

Location & Flexibility

The company offers significant flexibility around hours, but responsiveness is essential. Some evening availability is expected, and travel between the Philadelphia and Northern NJ markets will be required.
