Job Description

Task:

  • Develop a strong understanding of Client's preparedness to adapt to a rapidly changing global environment, its structure and governance and the Transformation Implementation Plan.
  • Enhance managers’ knowledge and confidence to lead and support employees through multiple changes across the department including different branches, sectors, and employee communities, both at headquarters (in person), regional offices and in missions (virtually).
  • Share and discuss strategies for dealing with challenging situations related to team well-being and cohesion and promoting more effective team formation, functioning and collaboration (transformational/human centered leadership approach).
  • Explore tools and resources available for supporting and managing change and transitions such as but not limited to appreciative inquiry, coaching, emotional intelligence, transformational/human centered leadership, growth mindsets, and overcoming biases.

Mandatory:

  • Developing target workshops that support managers in the development of change leadership strategies; becoming sponsors or agents of change, using effective communication as a change tool to address their specific priorities and needs; Enhancing leadership's development, change management and organizational development skills by designing and facilitating coaching sessions;
  • Analyzing executive/manager leadership skills strengths and weaknesses
  • Helping to improve interpersonal and team communication;
  • Gathering input and feedback to design and facilitate exercises and dialogue to develop shared understanding, vision and strategic purpose moving forward;

Rated:

  • The Bidder should demonstrate that each proposed resource has experience delivering up to ten (10) Leadership Development events in the past 24 months.
  • The Bidder should demonstrate that each proposed resource has experience facilitating up to ten (10) learning events related to Change Management within the past 24 months.
  • The Bidder should demonstrate that each proposed resource has experience facilitating up to ten (10) coaching and/or mentoring and/or self-assessment sessions within the last 24 months.
  • The Bidder should demonstrate that each proposed resource has experience delivering up to ten (10) Organizational Development events in the past 24 months.
  • The Bidder should demonstrate that each proposed resource has experience delivering up to ten (10) Professional trainings, learning education and/or instructional course design in the past 24 months
  • The offer needs to demonstrate in the CV the experience with examples using tools and resources supporting and managing change and transitions such as Appreciative Inquiry, Emotional Intelligence, Transformational and Human-Centred Leadership, Growth Mindset, or Overcoming Bias.
