Your team will be cracker-jack experts in all areas of transport modeling including ABM, 4-step, and other advanced approaches in both model development and application. This team is the SME core, and you are the Leader who is credible yet focused on Relationships and a Vision for The Future.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of experts in transport modeling.
• Focus on relationships, big ideas, and promoting the team's skills in familiar ways, but also NOVEL and UNIQUE ways.
• Provide advisory guidance to staff and customers, rather than focusing on the tactical nuts-and-bolts.
• Contribute to the planning of future infrastructure development needs by promoting your team's passion, skill and creativity.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in transportation planning with a healthy focus on TDF/TDM.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on relationships and vision.

Compensation depends upon your strength for the role and your current domicile's cost of living index data.
