We are seeking a Lead System Administrator to join our client's IT infrastructure team. If you're a skilled system administrator with a passion for optimizing IT systems and networks, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to take the lead and make an impact.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Lead and manage the administration of servers, networks, and IT systems

✔ Design, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability and performance

✔ Oversee system backups, disaster recovery plans, and network security protocols

✔ Mentor and guide junior IT staff in troubleshooting and system maintenance

✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and ensure system integration

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 5+ years of experience in system administration with a leadership focus

🔹 Strong expertise in Windows Server, Linux, VMware, and network administration

🔹 Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and virtualization

🔹 Proven ability to lead projects and manage a team of IT professionals

🔹 Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
