We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to work remotely for our client headquartered in Columbus. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Lead in the development of high-quality object-oriented code using C# and a mixture of internal and popular external frameworks
• Design and deliver robust, scalable, and secure products that reap the benefits of elasticity, horizontal scalability, automation, and high availability of a cloud infrastructure
• Evangelize excellence in application engineering, component re-use, architecture design, and technical standards
• Assess and implement new software development tools and processes to enhance product/feature development efficiency including continuous integration principles
• Lead a team of engineers to design and develop customer-facing features that continue to improve product and services
• Code, document, and test your contributions in a high-energy, team-oriented environment
• Assists in mentoring junior-level developers

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• Expertise with .NET and C# programming language
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles
• Self-starter with a passion for technology
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent mentorship and leadership skills
