Salary: $75,000.00 - $106,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with personalized therapy plans tailored to their specific needs.
  • Educate patients about their conditions and impart knowledge on treatment plans and overall progress.
  • Monitor and ensure patient accountability for attendance and adherence to prescribed therapy programs.
  • Meticulously document therapy sessions and revise treatment plans as required to meet patient needs effectively.
  • Lead and supervise a team of Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and therapy technicians.
  • Engage in community outreach through free consultations and collaborative efforts with the marketing team.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate case management records, ensuring top-level compliance and productivity.
  • Work closely with a team to enhance promotional activities and community engagement initiatives.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a physical therapist in Wyoming.
  • Demonstrated experience in patient care and therapy.
  • Ability to function both independently and within a collaborative team setting.
  • Dedicated to assisting patients in achieving their rehabilitation and recovery goals.
