Lead Paper Process Engineer

We're looking for a Lead Paper Process Engineer with 10+ years in the pulp and paper industry to lead process engineering on large-scale projects. This role involves technical leadership, client interaction, and ensuring high-quality, on-time deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process engineering design and execution.

• Develop PFDs, P&IDs, heat/material balances, and equipment specs.

• Collaborate with cross-discipline teams and support sales/proposals.

• Promote safety and manage project scope, budget, and schedule.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Paper Science Engineering.

• Strong knowledge of paper machine equipment and processes.

• Excellent communication skills.

• P.E. license is a plus.

Travel may be required.
