Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of .NET applications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software development teams.
- Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define requirements and technical strategies.
- Conduct code reviews and promote development best practices.
- Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot complex application issues and provide technical guidance.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and standards.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technology roadmap planning.
- Maintain documentation and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of .NET development experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading development teams or serving as a technical lead.
- Strong experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET, ASP.NET, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with SQL Server and database design principles.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and application security.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
