Lead Marketer / Customer Acquisition Specialist in GA

Our client is looking for a Lead Marketer / Customer Acquisition Specialist to design and drive the next stage of our growth. This is a full-time, salaried, remote position reporting directly to the founder. What You’ll Do

  • Lead customer acquisition: Create and test programs
  • Define and target segments: Research and develop strategies for high-potential audiences
  • Run campaigns end-to-end: Develop creative campaigns, set budgets, secure approval, and manage rollout across digital (paid social, search, email, influencer, video) and offline (direct mail, print) channels.
  • Test, measure, optimize: Use A/B testing and performance analytics to evaluate CAC, ROAS, and LTV—and apply learnings to continuously improve.
  • Own the numbers: Drive customer growth while keeping a sharp eye on budget and ROI.

What You Bring

  • 7–10 years of experience in B2C marketing with a focus on new customer acquisition and list optimization.
  • Strong track record with:
    • Digital channels (email, paid social, SEM, influencer, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram)
    • Video marketing and short-form content creation/distribution
    • Offline marketing (direct mail, print ads) as part of an integrated mix
    • Analytics & testing (CAC, ROAS, LTV, A/B testing, landing page optimization)
  • Experience in edtech, education, or family-focused consumer marketing is a plus.
