Lead Insulator

An outstanding, full-time opportunity is currently available for a Lead Insulator with experience working in attics and crawl spaces applying cellulose and spray foam products. Job Description:

• Responsibilities include insulating homes’ attics, under floors, in crawl spaces, behind walls, etc. with spray foam/cellulose products.
• This position is ideal for someone with prior construction experience
• Familiarity with removing old insulation and siding (vinyl, cedar shake, shingles, drilling through dry wall, stucco, plaster, etc.) is PREFERRED
• Any minor electrical, sheet rock, wall spackling, or scaffolding experience is a PLUS
• Those with BPI Certifications are highly encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License is REQUIRED
• MUST have basic tools (cordless tools, hammer, pry bar screwdrivers, etc.)
• Minimum of 2 years of insulation experience
• Background working with drills, staple guns, and a circular saw is REQUIRED
• Have NO issues with confined spaces, heights, heat/cold, or allergies to cellulose/foam insulation products. If you do, this position is not for you.
