Lead Hand/Junior Production Supervisor

Are you an experienced Lead Hand or Junior Production Supervisor with experience in a Unionized environment?
Harbinger Network has partnered with a long standing and growing business in Brantford to find 2 Junior Production Supervisors.

What will you be doing?:
- leading a team of up to 25 individuals on a rotating shift
- utilizing an ERP sysem
- liasing with other department leaders to ensure quality
- assisting with scheduling, payroll
- troubleshooting minor issues on the production line
- training and mentoring your team members
- conducting health & safety meetings/training

What do you bring to the table?:
- previous leadership experience in a unionized environment (either a Union Rep or a Lead Hand/Supervisor level of responsibility)
- hihgh school diploma or equivalent
- able to work a rotating shift
- able to pass a criminal record check (some charges may be accepted)
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ideally experienced with ERP systems
- computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- able to handle multiple proirities with a strong attention to safety and quality
- you live within an easy commute of Brantford, Ontario (relocation assistance not provided)
