We are looking for a Lead Financial Analyst to work for our Cleveland client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial modeling for future pipeline products and business partnering with other key strategic groups
• Lead teams through adoption of metrics across various levels of the organization. This includes development/updating metrics and targets, leading through change, and owning various reporting deliverables across franchises and regions
• Conduct presentation to all levels of management in order to provide a summary of analysis regarding financial results and trends
• Provide reasoning for variances and make recommendations relative to the accounting of reserves, assets, and expenditures
• Coordinate activities to ensure the project is advancing properly and to ensure the project is completed within the timeframes established

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of finance experience
• Ability to understand and resolve complex financial problems effectively
• Excellent people management, leadership and development skills coupled with the ability to adjust to multiple demands, rapid changes and shifting priorities are essential
• The highest standards of accuracy, organization and precision and the ability to think creatively and strategically while acting tactically
