Role Overview

As a Lead FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in financial planning and analysis across multiple sites. This position requires strong analytical skills, experience with multi-site financials, and the ability to provide insights that drive strategic decisions. Healthcare industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis for multiple locations.
• Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Consolidate multi-site financial data and deliver actionable insights.
• Partner with operations and leadership to support strategic initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Identify trends and recommend cost optimization strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience in FP&A with multi-site financials.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills; advanced Excel required.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
