They are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Carpentry Superintendent to join their team and oversee construction activities across the USA, Europe, and the Caribbean.
The Lead Carpentry Superintendent will play a crucial role in managing on-site operations and leading a team of skilled carpenters. This position requires hands-on leadership, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction leadership and the ability to manage projects from start to finish.

Focus:
- Oversee and manage carpentry operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and supervise a team of carpenters and subcontractors, providing direction, support, and performance feedback.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company policies.
- Utilize construction tools and equipment efficiently to achieve project objectives.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, materials, and labor.
- Ensure proper maintenance and use of carpentry tools and equipment.
- Travel to various project sites, sometimes for extended periods.
Skill Set:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience in managing on-site construction teams.
- Proficiency in using construction tools, equipment, and online communication platforms.
- Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, materials, and best practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Requires Class B CDL License, OSHA 30 Certification, MEWP Certification, and Class IV & V Forklift Certification.
- Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S. with reliable transportation.
- Possession and maintenance of a comprehensive set of professional carpentry tools.
- Ability to travel with overnight stays up to 14 days with occasional extended trips.
- Willingness to work at project sites across the USA, Europe, and the Caribbean.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.
