We are looking for a Lead Accountant to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to take on a high-visibility role, providing critical financial insight and analysis that directly supports smart business decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advice and timely, accurate analysis of financial reports and accounting issues
• Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly financial reporting information
• Analyze actual costs and prepare periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual costs
• Provide support in the development budgets as needed
• Reviews all financial statements for compliance with GAAP/GAAS and legal requirements
• Assist with the development of accounting process improvements
• Performs special projects and other duties as assigned or required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Excellent knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
