Position Overview:
As an Lawyer in the legal department, you will be a key resource for several business units throughout the business, including sales, HR, the executive team and various business units. You will assist in managing contracts, fielding general legal inquiries from all business units, develop process and implement training with guardianships and conservatorships, and manage litigation inquires including subpoenas. This role offers a great opportunity for a lawyer with 2-6 years of legal experience who is looking to grow their career within a supportive and fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support on litigation-related matters, contracts, general legal department inquires and guardianships and conservatorships.
- Collaborate closely with the legal leadership and business units to further the overall business growth interests.
- Advise on guardianships and conservatorships, develop and implement internal training and best practices.
- Advise and assist with contract management, renewals, drafting.
- Play an active role in responding and distributing general legal department inquires.

Qualifications:
- 2-6 years of legal experience, with some experience in responsibility areas (contracts, conservatorships/guardianships, litigation/subpoenas).
- Experience working with healthcare or regulated industries is a plus but not required.
- Business acumen with the ability to align legal advice with organizational goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills, customer service-oriented, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must be able to work onsite at least 3 days a week.
