Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lateral Partner to join this esteemed team in our New York offices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellence in their practice area and a portable book of business with a minimum of $2,000,000. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage the resources and reputation of an AM100 firm to further expand their practice and client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality legal services to clients across various industries.
• Develop and implement effective legal strategies to meet client objectives.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with partners and associates across different practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
• Contribute to the firm’s business development initiatives and participate in networking and client development activities.
• Mentor and guide junior attorneys and staff to support their professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar Association
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a reputable law firm.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a successful legal practice.
• Demonstrated success in business development with a portable book of business of at least $2,000,000.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Commitment to upholding the firm’s values of integrity, excellence, and client service.
