There is currently an outstanding opening for a Regional Sales Manager with solid business to business sales experience to join a well-established and stable organization on a full-time basis. This position would work out of a home office and cover the territory of Midtown Manhattan in New York City. Responsibilities:

  • Business Development – devise ways to connect with Property Managers, Architects and Interior Designers to promote Interior & Exterior Landscaping, Holiday Décor and Green Walls
  • Sell – expected to learn Interior and Exterior Landscape products and processes to bring sales to the team.
  • Understand and work with designers for Holiday Decorations.
  • Person will follow the sale through installation, act as liaison from office to client.

Required work experience includes:

  • Business Development, Project Management, and Client Relationship Management experience
  • DO NOT APPLY if you don’t have at least 5 years of business to business (B2B) experience selling products and services to Property Managers or Property Management.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with Property Managers and General Managers.

Preferred skill/experiences include:

  • Experience in design related business is a plus.
  • Education in Construction and Sustainability is a plus.
