Our client, a full-service civil engineering consulting firm, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Project Manager to join the Site/Civil Engineering team at their vibrant, brand-new office in Tampa, Florida.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner closely with clients, municipalities, and multidisciplinary teams to keep projects moving smoothly and efficiently.
• Mentor junior staff, review technical deliverables, and help uphold a high standard of quality across the team.
• Oversee the preparation and review of site layout, grading, stormwater, utility, and erosion control plans.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, client communication, and coordination with internal teams and outside agencies.
• Leverage Civil 3D to drive efficient production, technical accuracy, and project execution.

Preferred Credentials:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
• Possession or in pursuit of Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 4+ years of experience in Site Civil Engineering
• Passion or fluency in Civil 3D, HydroCAD, AutoCAD, and/or technical writing
• Ability to work effectively on a team
• Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and self-motivated
