Director Laboratory (Full-Time)



Responsible for the technical and administrative operation of the Clinical Laboratory and the proper performance of all procedures. Develops and maintains all policies, procedures, and quality control protocols, ensuring they comply with regulatory requirements. Manages, supervises, and serves as professional role model to technical and clerical staff. Develops and administers the budget and takes actions to control costs and optimize the department’s financial position. Performs approved laboratory procedures in assigned licensure specialties, as required to meet workload demands. Establishes and maintains good working relationship with physicians, nursing staff, hospital administration, and other departments.
