About the Hospital and Department:

• 250+ bed not for profit hospital that has served its community for over 50 years
• Performs over 2000 annual deliveries
• The Nurse Manager will lead a dedicated team of ~50 FTE's across Labor and Delivery and Antepartum
• Reports to the Director of Women's Services
• Well supported by a team of experienced Charge RN's

Qualifications & Requirements for Nurse Manager, Labor and Delivery:

• BSN required / Master's preferred
• RN Active License
• Must have at least three (3) years of general Labor and Delivery clinical nursing experience
• Minimum two (2) years of progressive nursing leadership experience
• INSPIRATIONAL and COLLABORATIVE leadership style
• Able to foster positive relationships across all levels
