Nealy Pierce has been engaged by a leading Magnet-designated, nonprofit health system in the Coastal Southeast that is hiring a Labor & Delivery Nurse Manager for a busy and growing Birth Center with over 2500+ annual deliveries.

Highlights:

• Up to $164,000 base salary + relocation assistance will be offered

• Oversight of a team of 55+ FTE's across a growing 13 bed Labor & Delivery, OBED, two dedicated OB ORs, and post-operative recovery

• Board-certified obstetric specialists, neonatologists, and dedicated anesthesiologists available on-site 24/7

• Magnet culture with visible, hands-on leadership expectations

What we’re seeking:

• BSN required (Master’s preferred)

• 3+ years Labor & Delivery clinical experience

• 2+ years Labor and Delivery / OB / Maternity / Birth Center nursing leadership experience
