• The QC Lab Supervisors will provide direct supervision to the Quality Control laboratory staff to ensure their safety and productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ensuring compliance with data integrity and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) Q7 requirements as they relate to Quality Control.
• Fostering an environment of teamwork and continuous improvement to maximize the employee experience.
• Developing a replacement / repair strategy for laboratory instrumentation to ensure reliability.
• Assisting with customer and regulatory body audits/inspections.
• Regional candidates preferred. $120K-$150K

• The Lab Supervisor will have a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with focus on analytical chemistry or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working in regulated environments (Good Manufacturing Practices(GMP), ISO 9001:2015, etc.).
• Possess experience in supervision in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrate proficiency in interpreting data collected from High Pressure Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography, laser diffraction, and other analytical techniques.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
