A Critical Access Hospital in beautiful Northern California recently opened a brand-new Skilled Nursing Facility and is continuing to build its nursing team.

Schedule: Three 12-hour night shifts per week.

The role

As an LVN, you'll provide hands-on nursing care to skilled nursing residents as part of a collaborative nursing team. You'll administer medications and treatments, participate in care planning and evaluation, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and help coordinate the work of the shift.

Depending on experience, LVNs may also serve in a Charge Nurse role.

What we're looking for

• Current California LVN license
• Graduate of an approved LVN program
• Current CPR certification
• At least one year of LVN experience
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
• A compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
• Someone who enjoys being part of a team—and wouldn't mind having a voice in how that team develops
