LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse at Major Healthcare Organization

This position is critical in our efforts to provide specialized healthcare services across a diverse system that includes a major hospital, specialized surgery centers, and numerous outpatient facilities.

Salary: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive patient care based on the individual plan of care under the supervision of an RN.
  • Accurately record patient measurements and health observations.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patient response.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
  • Adhere strictly to infection control and safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of patients and staff.
  • Participate in continual education to stay informed of current practices and advancements in healthcare.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least one year of experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting.
  • Must possess a current Ohio LPN license; IV certification required for bedside positions.
  • Current CPR certification or ability to achieve certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency and knowledge in medication administration.
  • Strong clinical skills and familiarity with healthcare technology systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a hospital and various clinical settings preferred.
  • Certifications in specialized care areas.
