We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a travel Long Term Care assignment in Utica, New York. This role is ideal for nurses with strong LTC experience who are comfortable floating within a single facility.


Assignment Details

  • Contract Length: 13 weeks

  • Shift: Days 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM

  • Hours: 40 hours/week

  • Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours

  • Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

  • Unit Size: 40 beds

  • Floating: Required to all units within the same building


Patient Populations

  • Multiple Sclerosis (MS)

  • Orthopedics

  • Dementia

  • Memory Care


Radius Rule

  • 75-mile travel radius

  • Locals accepted (local rate applies for candidates within 75 miles)

Requirements

  • Active New York LPN/LVN license

  • 1+ year of Long Term Care experience

  • BLS certification

  • Ability to float between units

  • Experience with PointClick Care EMR preferred
