LICENSING OUT & ALLIANCE MANAGER

Main Role:
The Licensing Out & Alliance Manager position is responsible for developing strategic business plans for both the short and long term. The primary focus is on driving business growth through the geographical expansion of the product portfolio. This role also emphasizes strengthening the existing network of partnerships and establishing new alliances to support the organization’s growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a network of partnerships based on the strategic plan approved by the Global Partnering and Alliances Director.
- Identify growth opportunities within the product portfolio by analyzing market trends, disease dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
- Design and implement short- and long-term business plans aligned with corporate objectives, incorporating market, disease, and access considerations.
- Build strategic partnerships and support partners in sales forecasting, local strategy adaptation, and coordination of medical, marketing, regulatory, and market access activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless execution of partner-related strategies.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), providing partners with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage sales within the assigned area, ensuring targets are met and identifying potential risks or opportunities.
- Monitor external changes, anticipate potential challenges, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, including necessary contractual adjustments.
- Serve as a key liaison between partners and the organization, fostering clear communication and alignment across teams.
Required Profile:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences or Business is required. A postgraduate or Master’s degree is considered a strong asset.
- Experience working with innovative pharmaceutical Finished Dosage Form (FDF) products is required.
- Experience in Sales or Alliance Management at an international level.
- Background in managing highly specialized products. Experience with orphan drugs or niche indications is highly valued.
- Advanced proficiency in English is required. Additional languages are considered a plus.
